School

I was thrilled to learn a few weeks ago, that the charter school we are thinking of enrolling her in will buy any curriculum I want for her so long as it meets State requirements and isn't religious. So we very well might get to do Waldorf stuff for free after all! I'm stoked!

On the other hand, she just seems really ready for preschool-type stuff now. She's soaking it in like crazy and she and I are enjoying working together in her workbooks. Yesterday we had a storytime here at home and she just seems ready for that sort of curriculum. I wonder if I can somehow combine the Waldorfy stuff with regular stuff? I have no idea. I have a whole year to decide what we need to do anyway. I think I might stop by the school one day to ask them for info on the curriculums they recommend.
