Wednesday

I set the bread machine to finish at 7:20, usually everyone is awake by 6:30. Not so today, the beeping woke me up and no one else got up for at least 10 minutes.

~Margie found all the square blocks she has and lined them up as makeshift dominoes.
~After breakfast the kids did puzzles again.
~Margie looked at a Kid Zone magazine.

Payday means a ton of errands. And we didn't even get them all done.

~M's very first speech session went well. Allison, her therapist was much impressed and commented on how smart she is. And she is, my girl. I am so proud. That she is smart, absolutely, but also that she is given the opportunity to let her brain grow at its own pace.
~Subway for lunch.
~We listened to My Baby Monsters podcast in the car.
~E slept on the drive out to Eastlake so we hit the playground afterwards because that is a surefire way to help him wake up cheerfully. We had to leave earlier than we would have, though, because someone brought out a generator and some power tools. I am assuming this person worked for the City in some capacity.
~Grocery shopped at Trader Joe's and Henry's.
~Margie played outside after we got home until dinnertime.

Probably we edumacated at some point in there, but I just don't remember what conversations we had at the moment. I'll edit if I remember any.
