Holy Comments, Batman

I never cease to amaze myself with how very clueless I can be. Today I discovered that over the course of the two or more years this blog has existed I have recieved comments!! Who knew?? Clearly not me. See, the thing is that I assumed the comments would be e-mailed to me. By "assuming" I have made an ass out of me and Blogger (wouldn't that be "assbloggerme" then?).

Elaine - I really don't have a clue how much salt to make the butter with. Secretly, I was hoping no one would ask. I make this only once a year and never write anything down so every year when we get together for our butter party we have to figure it all out again. I think what I do is shake the salt out of a common table shaker until it feels like there is a lot. I know I don't measure it into my hand. I think. So there. Helpful, no?
Mandy - What sort of advice do you want on homeschooling? Are you even still looking for advice? I'm afraid I don't know where to begin, but if you have questions, I may be able to answer them.

Hrm. Looking back at this insightful post makes me wonder if this was all better left un-responded to? Oh well, at least I am cute. There's always that.
